Horns extremely similar to the River Erne horn also appear in the c. late 8th century Vespasian Psalter. Horns of similar shape also appear in stone & metalwork of around the same era making it a remarkably well-attested early medieval instrument.

A post had me thinking how hard it can be to find premade food juggling multiple food restrictions. (& making *everything* from scratch is exhausting, right?) So here's some things I've found (US) that should all be free from gluten, soy, dairy, coconut & egg in case it's handy. (Always 2x check!)
