The HPV vaccine has been recommended in the US since 2006. New study out today shows that cervical cancer deaths in young women in the years that followed have plummeted, decreasing 15% per year from 2013-2015.

I’ve been in this business for 20+ years and never been able to remember which error is type 1 and which is type 2. This might’ve actually do it.
Remember that type 1 and type 2 errors go the same order as the boy who cried wolf.
Type 1 - villagers believed there was a wolf (effect) when there wasn't.
Type 2 - villagers didn't believe there was a wolf (effect) when there was.
