I have two water bowls on the front porch (one can be seen in my photo) and I put a bowl of peanuts under a cherry tree in the front yard. If it's raining I will put the peanuts on a plate on the porch. I get my coffee and sit in a rocker and watch the show.

While I am more sensitive to the impact on DOJ, being a former DOJ-er, there are similar impacts throughout the civilian federal government. The science agencies, for example, may take a generation to rebuild. It's such an incredible waste.
