This isn't exactly a win. The insurance company jacked up the price of an inexpensive drug by an outlandish amount and put a bunch of barriers in place for the patient to get it. This forces the patient to give up and just pay cash out of pocket for the medication. Insurance company wins.

He's deliberately using the requirement for "new randomized controlled trials" to confuse people. Health officials rely on all sorts of data, not just RCTs. We haven't done a RCT showing that Tylenol works in a while. Does that mean we should take it off the market until we get one?

Trump's PSA on his last physical was listed as 0.1 ng/ml. This is an obvious lie. No 80 year old male who still has an intact prostate has a PSA this low. So what matters more, the current sitting president who is lying about his or the former one who stepped down and is telling the truth about his?

CostPlus and GoodRx are wins for the insurance companies. They make cheap medications super expensive so that patients decide to pay cash through Cost Plus instead. Insurance company doesn't have to pay anything and the patient is now paying out of pocket for meds that were previously covered.

Amazon, Facebook and OpenAI all paid their dues to Trump, probably to avoid his future wrath. Now Disney/ABC is doing the same.
