I'm aware Lorissa, but obviously if you already have problems like ulcers, it's a bigger risk.

It's not fun, but it could be worse. Thanks.

Still have pain, but the meds are the difference between functioning and not functioning, so JD can go fly a kite.

My dad takes Aleve every day and swears by it. I never felt like it did anything for me. Of course now I take Ibuprofen 800 and tramadol for back pain so I can't pile any other NSAIDs on top of that, so if I need something extra I take tylenol.
November 13, 2025 at 1:16 AM
fwiw, ibuprofen is an NSAID, same as Naproxen (aleve). Pretty much all NSAIDs are not recommended for people with ulcers.

lol, I can guarantee the couch fucker that not taking ibuprofen when you have back pain is not going to solve the obesity epidemic.

and he made promises and then didn't carry through on them on many other things, which is the actual point. So bye.
November 13, 2025 at 1:03 AM
He also made promise after promise that he didn't keep, so get fucked.
November 12, 2025 at 9:55 PM
And how many other times did he promise he was going to vote against the GOP and then voted with them? Sorry. Too little, too late John.

Maybe once upon a time, but most of them don't even pretend they will do the right thing anymore.

Unless you are among the very wealthy, most people are an illness, job loss, or disability away from being “poor.”
November 9, 2025 at 4:08 PM
There’s an economist on TikTok who did a video about how people perceive “the poor” as being a particular unchanging demographic when in reality people cycle in and out of being poor due to changes in circumstances, such as employment, illness, caregiving, childcare/pregnancy/birth, divorce, etc

And people would judge them for taking them to the shelter
