Urgh... That's a laughable tiny amount. Definitely look for the main sorting center. They hide the tiny office and the opening hours so it might be worth a drive there and to look in person.

If you have a car it might be worth looking for your local "Deutsche Post Briefzentrum", that's where I bring our stuff when I have more than a couple orders (they need to be already frankiert though). Or making a one time pick up at your home so you don't break your poor back. 🤞
