When workers are pitted against each other – citizen against immigrant, temporary against permanent – corporations win and the rest of us lose.

We can change that: end exploitation and guarantee one set of rights for everyone.

Right now, only 1 in 3 unemployed people can access the EI they pay into, with eligibility barriers hitting part-time, gig, and self-employed workers hardest.

We need a robust EI program that is accessible, universal, and adequate.

Workers in the gig economy face precarious working conditions, low pay, and no protections.

Meanwhile, trillion-dollar tech corporations are profiting off artists, journalists, musicians, writers, and filmmakers – while paying little or nothing.

We need a new vision for the digital economy.

Rapid technological change, especially generative AI, is reshaping industries faster than labour laws can adapt.

Federal policy shouldn't prop up corporate AI – an industry behind data theft, job losses, a dangerous stock market bubble, and massive resource waste.

To strengthen workplace democracy, our plan will make it easier for workers to join unions, give them a voice and protection on the job, and defend the right to strike.

And in the face of growing layoffs and plant shutdowns, we will expand worker ownership.

Vote for progressive democrats - not these "I'll send a strongly worded letter" sycophants.

Voting for right-wing and corporate democrats will result in another Congress paralyzed by Lieberman, Manchin, Sinema-types who sell their obstructionist vote to MAGA

We do have a military. Your comment is an insult to those in uniform.

No one is saying we would defeat the US in a stand-up fight on our own - again, you are inventing these strawmen.

Again, Mexico and France - Greenland and Denmark as well - show how to send a message and are not goading the US to fight.

This is the language of Neville Chamberlain, and Phillippe Petain.

Abject cowardice. Observers in Minn. are STILL going out into the streets, unarmed, terrified, and still doing the job of protecting their neighbours.

I don't care if our military was reduced to 3 guys and a beat up ride-on mower, you don't kneel at the feet of the dictator. It doesn't protect you.
