My assumption would be that people search for OpenAI as OpenAl (lowercase L, not i) which pollutes search algorithms, so OPAL -> OPen AL

I really love the idea of smart houses running on closed system like HomeAssistant which captures the true spirit of open source projects. But we won't see those systems being popular any time soon since it does not make money for "investors" unfortunately.

Made me immediately install TamperMonkey with a script I found on Reddit that completely disables ad-blocker detection mechanisms YouTube uses. Pretty sure similar techniques will be implemented in ad-blockers soon. They are declaring a war that they cannot win...
