Havw tried the thumping, it doesn't seem to do much. I'm heading to the ER right now. Specialist didn't help. I don't think they can do anything either but they'll stop me from.... Drastic actions

The real question is how long until I start seeing.... Some improvements, whether it's the brain adapting or legitimately it stopping somehow (not holding my breath)

Been using similar podcasts or the like with soothing voices and some music at the moment to... Try.

Been using headphones and I think I need to stop cause the moment I wake up in the middle of the night and the sound is still there, and the headphones are already on I spiral further

I've tried the drumming and unfortunately hasn't done much.

I hope I find some way to get a brief lapse now and then, even just toning it down a tiny amount would be huge

I hope it vanishes. It's been a week now and it seems the same but I know it can take months or years for those that do feel it vanish.

I think based on scales I've seen mine is mild to moderate, I can hear just fine but just cannot rest or focus with it

It's the sleep right now the inability to sleep (and relax in general but mostly sleep)

No matter what sounds I put on, what earbuds I use, it's there. It's forever. I know acclimation is possible but I can't see myself lasting long enough to make it there.
