A photo I took a few years ago of a bald eagle in a tree. There are a couple of eagle nests near us. Photo is rather poor. It was quite intimidating and it looked like it was looking for its next snack.

I believe this is a great blue heron as we get those around here. All though it may be an egret. I’m not an expert.
