Back when I lived in Kelowna, BC, I used to frequent the St. Paul St. Columbia Bottle Depot, which made recycling so convenient and rewarding. It’s puzzling to me that a city as vibrant as Toronto doesn’t offer similar facilities for responsible recycling.
