To be fair, it is a real tl;dr version, but those are a couple of the basic foundational principals of what Buddhism is all about, in a manner😅 Mindfulness, Karma, Self reflection.

The thing about Buddhism, is that it's not a religion so much as a path. You can life your life by the philosophies of Buddhism without being a Bhuddist. It's essentially a belief in energy (Karma) and mindfulness. Be kind to the world around you, and be rewarded with inner peace. That kinda thing.
