Hey! Happy new year, and following!

I know the feeling.

Me: Go to Japan
My photos: ARBLGBLGBLGBLPRR PIPES!

It seems we had the same thought, although some trees for scale instead, with a tiny "hello" from some excited particles in the upper atmosphere.

Hehe, du var ikke den eneste!

There is also "titanic" (lowercase to not be confused by the name of that boat).

Which could become such fascinating creatures as "titanormous" or my favorite; "titantic".

Congratulations!

How fitting with Gemini! But you should know that Gemini does not rise in April, but in late March-June.

My attempt at a "translation":

Dingir: "God" (as a title, like "pharaoh").
Anibum: "He of Anu who brings and returns" (A chosen name)
Igi-te-en: "foremost presence" (Because they consider themselves the first civilization)
But also: "extinguished eye" (Sumerian can be fun!)
Sukkal: "messenger".

From the Sumerian poem or hymn which they are first mentioned. They are older, but writing itself isn't old enough (officially).

The first Dingir; An-ib-um.
The first head of Igi-te-en.
The first and only reaction to:
The first arrival of shadows:
The first of six Sukkal.
The first of the last.

It's both.

And "related" depends on how you define it.

I personally wouldn't say we are related if we had different abiogenic origins. Even if the matter that makes us up does have a common origin. That would make us related to, say, chairs. Which... ok?
For that I would instead use "connected".

Ooh that is gorgeous!

For about one second (but not much more) I thought it was from this island in Norway. It is a very crappy picture compared to yours, but it is the only one I have of it (called "Træna" if you want to have a better look on the internet from better photos):

Gorgeous!
Semi related: Been there on the second panorama!
You must have been up high for that one.
