1/💙🍃Former Jharkhand chief minister and veteran tribal leader, Shibu Soren, also reverently called ”Dishom Guru”, died on August 4th, 2025, at the age of 81. He was honored with this title by the Santhal community for his leadership and work for Adivasi causes.

3/ At the 2015 Delhi Pride March, three queer Dalits, Dhrubo Jyoti, Akhil Khang, and Dhiren Borisa held signs that read, ‘Dalit, Queer, Proud’, establishing the connections between caste, gender, and sexuality and bringing Dalit queerness into the public space.✊🏾✊🏾✊🏾
