Organizations do this because if the easy answer isn't correct then the real hard work has to start. What internal to the organization is dysfunctional? Time for the Democratic party to look internal to find what is ailing. The message, the direction, the leadership is the issue, not the people.

Nor should you. We are in the throes of insanity. As long as Trump and the Republican party maintain control, we are not to be trusted. Hell I don't trust the federal government now.
