Ah! One of the two only products from Israel I have ever owned. The other one was a falafel maker which I had no idea was from there when I bought it. The Soda Stream is in the Garage.

One of these grants has funded most of the work necessary to rebuild the CDLI infrastructure from 2017 to 2021, which has translated into 10x more visitors to the site because of improved access.

So far, photographs of artifacts are generally considered a product owned by the photographer or their employer. The NINO collection is leading in the right way exactly in the terms you describe, where the copyrights have expired as the original author is long gone.

Hi! It's both: cuneiform signs are impressed so the are harder to make out on 2D images but that's what we have most compared to 3D models. We also don't have any good training set.

Hi There! This is important groundwork to address the challenge of text recognition for cuneiform. This technology is not widely used now, but as more experiments are run using various approaches, I am hopeful that we will develop tools that can accurately recognise cuneiform signs on clay tablets.
