Population transfer is not what’s happening. If it were to qualify, Trump would have to transfer all Latinos, regardless of immigration status.

This is lazy thinking. Ofc we need to be able to name the crime. Deporting foreigners w/ no status is something every country does. The problem is Trump is sending them to third countries they have no ties to, and some of them are dangerous.

I’m sorry, but youd have to prove intent to destroy a people, and why the administration hasn’t invaded Latin America to eliminate said people. Otherwise, it’s not a genocide.

Dear Abhorrent Abby, genocide is a legal term with a definition that involves a specific intent to destroy a people. As abhorrent as deportation efforts are, I have not seen or heard a single Trump official specifically targeting Hispanics. Get a grip.
