I straight up didn't realize how much it'd affected me until I finally got into a stable and safe environment and realized how many foods I used to hate I was just gladly accepting and eating.

When your entire life is thrown on its head and your two options are plain bread or *Hot Grape Chicken* (exactly what it sounds like) you learn to tolerate a lot of bad things

And when I say traumatized I mean *traumatized* it was a genuine survival thing. I was living between two houses and had to take care of myself when one of them never had any food in it and the other only had whatever mad scientist shit my mother would insist on making

Literally my day was going fine i was in such a good mood why does it always have to go down like this
