I scared someone when I was volunteering as I have dyspraxia and cannot sense anyone behind me and ended up shouting when someone tapped me on the shoulder because I it was sudden

my dad used to think it was my genetic disorder when diagnosed , before that he thought it was brain damage
he then went on years later to think he has traits but isn't autistic and recently thinks he might be autistic
