The reporter was added to the chat, either purposely or inadvertently. Why would he have been in the chat purposely? Perhaps to set him up to release classified information and to bolster the campaign to discredit/vilify the press? That seems to be their “go-to” damage control plan.

My question is what mechanism/process/branch of government determines and orders that a person so disqualified cannot take take the office?

Secondly, if both President and Vice President elect were to be disqualified, what would be the process to fill the open Offices?
