Heh...May have to pick up a set of 5e rule books (...or steal my kids'...) just for this.

FWIW, I planned a backpacking trip there in 1999 and it was closed for a Search and Rescue operation, so we had to (quickly) make a backup plan. The resulting hastily-planned trip to Miner's Ridge in the Glacier Peak Wilderness was by far one of the most stunning backpacking trips I have ever done.

There's no Dairy Queen in Trinidad, California -- but there IS the Lighthouse Grill, where, on a road trip down the coast last year, I got a waffle cone with mashed potatoes, gravy, bacon, cheese and beef brisket.

I just did something similar! Rented a "Mystery Vehicle" which turned out to be a full-size pickup (...with a bad tire) at the airport. Swapped it at the local counter for a Kira Niro EV, signed up for @evgostock.bsky.social, and probably just going to rent an EV every time now.
