I'm slowly working on comic pages, but it's been getting more and more difficult with *gestures vaguely* everything going on right now. I'll have a longer post later on.

Pages will resume updating once I have a small buffer saved up.

I sketched these back in 2020 during the height of COVID & the BLM movement, but never finished them until now.

EC! is not a political webcomic, but it does feature diverse characters, ones similar to people being targeted by a rogue government irl.

[Part 1] Here's the process for making my Epic Chaos! pages to celebrate #WebcomicDay, featuring todays page update :D

Process starts with thumbnails, sketching, inking, & then base colors!

Process image of the comic Epic Chaos!, on the left it reads "THUMBNAILS • Thumbnails are drawn with a cheap ball point pen (I kept getting perfectionistic with my thumbs when I used pencils) •Drawn on the print out of the chapter script • They are TINY (barely 3"x1" inches) The right side shows crudely scribbled characters drawn with a ball point pen on paper. The bottom reads #WebcomicDay Process image of the comic Epic Chaos!, on the left it reads "SKETCH • I tend to get invested in the sketching, & will spend way more time on it than I probably should (working on it). •My focus is the characters so backgrounds get painted in later when I do coloring. • Sketching is in done in blue for ease of inking later."
