even though nero is technically older than him, i think faust sees him as pretty equal

and thats just so important for faust!!!! they also both have that shared responsibility of being the guardians of east. being able to Share that with someone is what faust needs

for faust especially

he doesnt have many relationships where he's an "equal" with the other party (with shinoheath hes their teacher, with lennox even though theyre the same age, hes a leader, with figaro hes a disciple)

i mean nero is still hiding something but i want to believe the nights he spends with faust are moments where he can be (almost) honest and comfortable and himself
