Finally think I figured it out, it looks like it's supposed to be the German cities of Bremen and Bremerhaven, initials might be for "Port of Bremen." Possibly the most nonsensical section of this nonsense map, must come from some weird fascist rabbit hole

Is this on Spotify? Every now and then I've noticed something similar where a song will sound "off", like it's been slowed down ever so slightly, but only on Spotify. Figured it was some occasional issue with their playback or song buffering or something. But also could be dying idk
