Having prosecuted several civil rights cases involving excessive force, the instructors at police academies that emphasize deadly force in police tactics end up creating a police force that uses them too frequently.

It is sort of tragic that none of those methods have been effective.

Unfortunately, there is so much the West doesn't understand about Hezbollah's politics that it doesn't realize that this trans-national entity probably cannot be eliminated using military force.
