It has been a tough year with many upheavals but I kept telling myself from mid December I'll take a break. First week of December my husband breaks his leg and is completely bedridden with arthritis. I work from home, so caring for him caused work not to be completed. No break. I am not coping.

I finally deleted my accounts (I had one for work end one for other interests) on the noisy platform. I proceeded to delete the app from my phone. It is quiet around me and I feel... free... able to breathe.
