WHY is there NO mention of Texass AG Ken Paxton? His department is supposed to prosecute such issues! However, it DOESN'T apply to him! THREE homes as a primary residence, TWO homes where he & his wife (senator) claimed Homesteading Exemption! It can only be ONE!
