Some of the smartest folks that I had the opportunity to work with didn't have a college degree. We can train and educate so many people just here at home.

Alot of grads already facing financial hardship after higher education. Some majors are just different to land a job even couple years from now. I would advice grads to prep before graduation with internships. Doing that in school is the best way. Experience matters alot in this market nowadays.
