Yep. We are buying a much cheaper brand of coffee now and trying to make it taste better by adding cocoa powder or cinnamon or sweetener—or sometimes all three.

It is up for me right now but I noticed that it redirected to www.pay.gov/public/home. I made a payment Feb. 6th to the National Archives, and they warned me that pay.gov had been down intermittently and that it might take several tries. Luckily I got my payment in on the first try.
