I’m in Canada so not sure what you have in the UK ( different countries seem to have different products) but if you search for “ nasal moisturizer gel” you’ll get results. My fave comes from Oz but it doesn’t seem to get shipped internationally

Try using a nasal moisturizer gel. Works wonders for me when the weather gets cold and dry.
