Thought the Grammerly ad playing on YouTube was some kind of motivational vocal sample playing over the house mix I had on in another window

This platform really hasn't taken off but to be honest I do quite like having a place to fire off lukewarm thoughts and music shit without having a panic attack so

Just finished writing a profile of one of my favourite DJs that's taken six months to complete. Current feeling is obviously that it's 5,000 words of pure horseshit but I'll need you all to humour me when it comes out next week

Today’s Big Run soundtrack. Holy moly. One of the best sets I’ve heard this year.

More like Bore Italia!
'If you told me this whole project was one of those A.I. art prank experiments, with the humans merely contributing the physicality and the barest, most functional tweaks, I’d believe you. I’d be relieved.'

10 this week. Mad. First band I ever interviewed, with my pal Austin for our student radio show in Galway, the year before I think. Had no idea what I was doing. Will never forget the feeling of hearing live for the first time later that night.

Still rips.

I’ll be on NTS channel 2 on Wednesday (24th Sept) at 10 AM with a mix for its Roots series.

An hour-long journey into Ireland’s experimental undergrowth. Subterranean sean-nós, ambient trad excursions, dream pop, and more, all anchored on ideas of landscape and lore

Would love it if you tuned in

sometimes the side chick ain't even a chick… it's ambient and experimental music from the gorgeous and proud nation of Ireland
The Anois, Os Ard New Irish Music round-up is back!

Trying and quite possibly failing to untangle knots of sound, folklore and the Irish landscape, plus tonnes of other stuff.
Ambient, shoegaze, club tracks, field recordings, heavy psychedelia. All sorts.
