I just had a bit of a look around on scryfall too, and like Ketramose is definitely the best one for Elidibus. There's plenty of aristrocrat themed commanders that can be used to bring back a big creature, but Ketramose's exile theme is just way more lore-accurate

Honestly, Ketramose is probably the best card to represent Elidbus with. Especially when you consider that the souls who sacrifice themselves to Zodiark were never able to return to the lifestream until Zodiark was slain. So caring about exiled cards is very on theme
