I won't pretend that, I, a stranger on the Internet knows exactly how you will do it. But it's what people do. We figure things out, and we do our best to support people in our communities (both real-space and virtual) when they are figuring things out.

I feel confident that someone as creative and thoughtful as you seem to be can get past it to something better, whatever "better" looks like for you.

Whatever path you end up taking in the future, please know that you have been and continue to be appreciated by many, many people across the internet. Everyone has points in their life where they feel like they've failed, but...

I can absolutely understand that you need your job to make money, but I think it's really important to not let that eat at your sense of self-worth, even a tiny bit. That's just nonsense.

You, on the other hand, have grown immensely as a creator and brought joy to some absurdly large number of viewers over that same period. Whatever horrors the algorithm wrecks now and in the future, nothing will ever change that accomplishment.

Hey. I just wanted to register a small objection to framing this as "I am not good at my job". As far as I have heard from nearly all my favorite creators, the YouTube algorithm has been getting increasingly capricious and worse for both creators and their fans for many years now.
