It's important to calm the nervous system as well as exercise. In our modern society we don't often take the time to slow down, just walk in nature and use your senses, or just slow down our breathing and do nothing but BE for even a few minutes.

So very true, and it takes all we have to find balance in the current chaos. Yoga, Qigong and being in nature can help greatly, but YES...it's why I now work in personal human resilience vs my old city work. And why somatics and environmental somatics is so important.
