Don’t ask me why, I find myself reading the Code of #Hammurabi- A King who enforced a law(196) :An Eye for an Eye.

Law 229 is seriously harsh. However consider code 233 as part of large IT contracts - would weed out some large consultancies in the bidding process ?

Earlier this year I spent 45 mins looking at the original source code of MS-DOS after digging out the old manuals - thought I would match the syntax to the code.
