This beauty is native in the east half of Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana.

I must select the lowly possum. They are just trying to get by in a hostile world. Possums are good mothers and try to avoid trouble. These are traits that get overlooked in our fast/aggressive society.

Their adult size also depends on the size of larder mom provides. This big lady had a very generous mother. (Note: USA, not Ireland)
