Lots of green cherry tomatoes leftover in my garden this year. I actually picked them instead of just forgetting about them like I normally do, but now I don’t know what to do with them. Recipes or ripening tips are welcome!

Ten years ago today, I made one of the best decisions I’ve ever made and adopted this little weirdo, Prince. He was “about two” when I got him, so today he is “about twelve.” First picture was taken on his adoption day in 2015, second picture is from a walk a couple of months ago. 🐾 💜
