In China, we also use garbage generate electricity. Government collect unrecycle garbage to generate electricity, I think it's right direction. So we actually don't have landfill now

不但废除还要追责，在我的认知中民主政治制度最重要的是对公权力的监督，制约和追责，不是投投票那么简单，能做到这个才是真民主。
