the best guitars you can get? epiphone special II guitars
SG or Les Paul
it has a good paint finish, feels like a real guitar, is stellar on reliability, and plays perfectly for dirt cheap. they are significantly better than a 3k Gibson SG or Les Paul. I will go to the grave on this take

I also worked at guitar center and had to quit because I learned that guitar pricing is essentially there just to gouge money from people who think they're getting something good for paying more when usually it's always a shit guitar
I always recommend squiers and epiphones, never fender or Gibson

I got it brand new from guitar center on a whim when I was 17 and had little caesars money and it's better than any high end guitar I've ever played or owned

guitar pricing is kind of elitist bullshit, you're paying for build quality and model. basically anything that can make sound is basically a roulette on how good it is
I've tried a bunch of different guitars over the years but I keep going back to my $170 sg

i don't like spotify hence the extra track called "AN INTRODUCTION TO THE RECORD ON SPOTIFY" and the alt cover art and incorrectly titled songs but i'm happy people are checking it out
