AI has a ton of flaws but is also *actually good* for a lot of things. I am using it productively for coding. People are writing emails, proposals, etc. etc. Saying AI "isn't useful" is deeply ineffective since you are asking people not to believe their "lying eyes".

We had almost 2 acres of potatoes and that provided potatoes for a family of 5 and my grandparents. We had a 4x8 foot potato bin. People have no idea what you need to do this yourself.
