I had the worst experience at an Apple Store this week.
My HomePod (2020) got bricked after the last update, so I brought it for repairing. They told me that the only solution was to buy a new one (good joke), because they cannot verify what happened, open it or even diagnose the failure.

I bought it at the Nintendo Museum of Kyoto, but I know that you can find it in a lot of other places. Isn’t it great?
