A glass of absinthe sir?

What drives me mad are the constant reminders about players ages, especially ‘teenagers’, so what if they’re under 20?

Hi Anne, all good thanks. Best wishes for 2024.

Fabric not cleaned since Victorian times.

There certainly are. We had something mysterious, no cold symptoms, just aching joints and muscles, (very painful) I was apyrexiall but my partner was burning up. It went on for over a week, then vanished.

I’m surprised he turns up to accept them.

Love the naming system. I used to have next door neighbours I called the Strangeloves, and the Romeos who lived opposite and coveted the parking space outside our house for their sons Alpha Romeo. Now I live in a flat and I don’t bother with names.

Nice name for a cat though.

Oh lovely, a nice cup of tea and a slice of cake. I’ll just put my cake and tea head on. John Pertwee and Una Stubbs were brilliant in Wurzel Gummidge. I liked Catweazel too.

Thanks Faron. I assumed that’s what it was, with my gynaecological eye.

I watched that for the first time. The questions are surprisingly easy for Beeb 2.

I don’t know what it is. Some kind of orifice perhaps? Can someone please enlighten me. I hope I won’t be shocked.

You never fail to disappoint with your vast array of tools Andrew.

Is all that hair real?

Those Christmas sandwiches are a joke, they add a blob of stuffing and cranberry and charge an extra £1.50, I refuse to buy them. Pastrami and emmental are my sandwich of choice.

Maybe they should keep her to make sure Tories get voted out at next GE.
November 12, 2023 at 1:42 PM
It all goes on in your local Sains, we don’t get dramas like that in Marks. I’d have probably told them to forget the sandwich.

Love the look of it, I’ll watch it when I get up. Right up my cul de sac.
November 12, 2023 at 7:51 AM
I noticed it yesterday, time to start wearing a scarf methinks.
November 10, 2023 at 10:36 AM
Was it a voluntary thing, or was a jumper bought for you?
November 8, 2023 at 11:03 AM
What’s a half chip?
November 8, 2023 at 11:02 AM
Sorry, wrong reply to the wrong message. I’m still the hang of this. I was a bit of a rebel I suppose, I just put it down to adolescence now. Bad class mates led me into bad ways, happy and innocent days.

It was the 60s Anne, all sorts of drug taking shenanigans going on, and not really knowing what we were taking. When I think of all that long hair now 🤮🤮🤮

That’s a good question, and I can’t remember, I’m sure it wasn’t where you’re thinking though. I think they were Embassy and cost 1s10d for a packet of 10. You could collect the coupons inside to get gifts from a catalogue, such as a free course of chemotherapy.
