The refs also periodically decide certain rules no longer apply. Remember when offensive players weren’t allowed to jump into defenders in an unnatural shooting motion? I guess that rule doesn’t apply anymore. Or, maybe it does, but not if the offensive player is on an All-NBA team? Who knows?
