I bought this yesterday. I liked the shiny glossy dust jacket. I even put on a dust jacket cover. I see some mention of Bright Ages. But I have a copy of Light Ages by Seb Falk so I think I'm covered.

The underlying biophysical mechanism is well known. The microwave hearing Frey effect is already being used for conventional medical imaging. Russians just used special steep wavefronts, waveforms, modulations, etc to better penetrate and damage.
