I'm waking up to not only the tragedy of another senseless mass shooting that could have been prevented, but also the frothing rabid calls for eradication of my [trans] community over a supposed identity of the shooter, by the far right.

But don't forget that a large number of recruits come from poor minority and marginalized communities because that's their biggest target.
