The only way it was able to separate in the original game was due to using your power that it provided you via that statue but you go on a puzzle journey and you start doing the monoliths. Where you're killing the corruption of certain parts and re-powering them back up with Fox Ancient Magic.

And when you talk, it starts dancing and is all happy that it's back alive. No longer permanently stuck as a spirit. But you soon realize it doesn't have the same spirit powers as you. It can't spirit dash. It can't separate from itself with its spirit anymore.

So from the beginning.
You would start inside of a fox den. Where you can of course sleep or do little tiny puzzles in there to turn on certain things to teach you mechanics. Once you exit your fox den, your companion that you have saved from the previous game waits for you.

What I'm saying here is for Linux power users, like myself, these type of utility projects will suffer greatly if there is an easy way. I am very much aware of the existing projects. They're just out of my scope. at my current skill level.

I suffered from a bad habit on every OS that I have ever ran. Keeping my password on the desktop. Hotkey engineer has fixed this for me.

But due to Wayland's security model and not an easy way for me to keep my current Python setup without complex solutions.
