Why are we proposing this when the fundamental problem is the financial toxicity of obtaining medical education (and higher education in general, for that matter)?

I know we like to pin everything on antibiotic stewardship by clinicians but I feel like we don't devote nearly enough attention to the role of Big Ag even though they use WAY more antimicrobials (not to suggest that tu quoque is a valid defense of poor antibiotic stewardship)

The question of whether we can distinguish genuine creative work from its imitations generated by AI is a distinct one, and how we go about interacting in a world where AI can produce convincing imitations of creative work is a separate (important) question.
