🏆You're learning many random words everyday and you still can't speak #English well? It's because you don't know about collocations. 👇
I've been teaching #English for more than eight years and if I could name the number one mispronounced word in English that would be the word hotel. Now the word hotel is pronounced as hOtel. So the second syllable is stressed. 👇

In today's #lesson my student made an important mistake and I want to share it with you. So she said 'I'll do it in next year" but if you use words like "last, this, next" with words like "week, month or year", you shouldn't use any prepositions. 👇

Today my students mispronounced the word LinkedIn. Let's break it down and learn how to pronounce it correctly. So first of all the verb "link". You don't say it as "lean" it's "lin". Link. Okay? Now, because the verb ends with K it's a voiceless sound. You have to pronounce ED as T so linked.

Today my student made a mistake and she wanted to apologize and she said sorry that I did a mistake. Unfortunately I had to correct her again because you don't "do a mistake". You "make a mistake". It's a common topic "do versus make".
