The more I get feedback from colleagues and friends here in Romania, the more I believe that Romania just dogged the proverbial bullet with the courts decision yesterday. Lasconi really wasn't liked, and they'd have voted for Geogescu without really understanding what they were voting for.

The more I read about Geogescu, the more I realise how dangerous the man is.
Far worse than Trump. Certainly in Putin's pocket, I believe.
For the first time since moving here, I'm considering what to do if I need to move country again.

I did . I moved out from UK 6 years ago. 12years early because of Brexit.
TBH I had a #BrexitBenefit.
Correct of those who voted the majority elected to leave the EU.
However many were promised that UK would remain in #SingleMarket.
May/Johnson decided otherwise.

I'm an English emigrant who's an immigrant in România. I despise the term Expat personally
Unfortunately, too many English/Brits don't know enough history about the horrors caused by the English Empire. They also don't understand that the vast majority of UK nationals are descended from immigrants
