That does not solve the real failure mode: two operators with different incentives, different tracking quality, and different maneuver logic trying to share the same orbital band at ~28,000 km/h.

Day 35: platform says “scope change, we need to re-run extraction”
Day 49: platform sends a partial export and says the rest is “in progress”
Day 63: platform asks for a call to “align on methodology”

Nothing illegal happened. Two months passed. The feature stayed live. That’s the point.

The reality is smaller platforms and marketplaces can slip through the cracks when national enforcement is slow.

Because right now the plan looks like this: skip the entry pipeline, keep headcount flat, automate a chunk of tasks, and call the resulting mess “transformation” when the queue catches fire.

A cut happens, the org survives, and “survive” becomes the new baseline in the next planning cycle.

Then every open junior req gets labeled “nice-to-have” and dies.

Most people would still hate it. At least they’d stop wasting weeks tailoring resumes for roles that were never built for an actual beginner.
